SOUND PRODUCTION & LIGHTING SERVICES:

If your event requires major sound and lighting that cannot be provided by the Idaho Commons and Student Union, contact Sound Production and Lighting (SPL) at least 2 weeks before your event. Clubs receive a special ASUI discounted price.

In order to avoid a $25 late fee, SPL must have at least 5 working days notice for their services. A $25 non-cancellation fee will be assessed plus any equipment or labor costs for failing to cancel an event 24 hours in advance.
